2025 Product Year in Review

 

As we wrap up the year, we’ve taken a step back to look at how our ATS has evolved, both in big and small ways. Our work has focused on those tweaks and improvements that, together, create a smoother, clearer, and more reliable hiring experience. In this recap, we’re sharing the updates that shaped the year, along with a look at where we’re headed next.


Upgraded LinkedIn job promotion experience

One of the biggest milestones this year was our expanded partnership with LinkedIn. We’re proud to be among the first ATS partners in the Nordics certified to offer LinkedIn’s Pay-for-Performance job promotion experience directly inside our ATS.

This upgraded LinkedIn experience brings a more modern, data-driven way of promoting jobs. It’s designed to help you reach better candidates, work more efficiently, and stay in control of your recruitment spend.

What this means:

  • Reach better candidates, not just more: Access LinkedIn’s global network of professionals, including passive candidates who are often hard to reach through local job boards.
  • Hire faster with less manual work: Promote jobs on LinkedIn without leaving Jobylon. Applications flow directly into your ATS, with no extra steps or tools.
  • Full transparency and control: Pay-for-Performance gives you clear budget limits, real-time insights, and full visibility into results.
  • Global reach: Paid LinkedIn promotion often delivers significantly more qualified applicants compared to free job posts.

Product highlights from the past year

This year was full of improvements designed to make everyday recruitment more efficient and reliable. Here are a few of the key highlights:

Expanded partner integration ecosystem

We continued investing in making it easier to connect Jobylon with the tools you already use.

New integrations include The Selection Lab, Hubert, Carv, Fairsight, Refapp Background Checks, and AFAS—giving teams more choice, more flexibility, and less manual work.

Custom feedback forms per job

Feedback shouldn’t be one-size-fits-all. This year, feedback forms became fully customizable at the job level, allowing teams to tailor questions based on role, competencies, or hiring context.

With this update, you can:

  • Create a new feedback form from scratch
  • Use an existing form as a template
  • Add, edit, or remove questions and sections
  • Duplicate company-managed forms
  • Reuse questions from your company library

This helps teams collect more relevant feedback and evaluate candidates more consistently across different roles.

Smarter interview scheduling and video meetings

Interview scheduling is often one of the most time-consuming steps in the hiring process. Our upgraded self-scheduling experience makes it simpler to:

  • Share a scheduling link based on your availability
  • Let candidates book interviews themselves
  • Add scheduling to pipeline actions for more automation
  • Use built-in integrations with Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Zoom

These improvements reduce back-and-forth communication, speed up the hiring process, and keep everything in one place.

A clearer, more visual overview of your dashboard

We introduced a new dashboard designed to give you a clearer and more visual overview of your hiring activity.

You can now:

  • Choose the data displayed
  • Use saved searches to explore details
  • Personalize the dashboard to match your priorities

Quickly see the information that matters to you, in a cleaner and more intuitive layout.

Improvements to job setup and reuse

  • Improved job cloning: Save even more time by copying more job details to cloned jobs, such as competency profiles, and choose which information to include.
  • Turn draft jobs into templates: You can now turn any draft job into a reusable template, making it easier to standardize your hiring process and move faster when new roles come up.

Greater security, compliance, and reliability

As we continue to grow, so does our responsibility to protect your data and ensure our platform meets the highest standards.

    • Self-service Access Request exports: Admins and owners can now export Access Request reports directly from our ATS, reducing manual handling of sensitive data, improving accuracy, and saving time for your team. Exports are available as CSV/Excel.
  • Updated PDF viewer: Our upgraded PDF viewer offers a newer, more secure version as part of our ISO certification work, improving security while leaving everyday workflows unchanged.

These updates may sit quietly in the background, but they’re essential to building a platform you can trust.

What’s ahead

Looking into the coming year, our focus remains the same: improving the hiring experience in thoughtful, consistently meaningful ways. We’ll continue refining core parts of the ATS to make Jobylon clearer, more consistent, and easier to use across the entire app.
