Stefano Verkooij, who currently leads Jobylon’s Benelux operations, has officially joined the company’s management team. With more than 20 years of experience scaling sales and recruitment organizations across Europe—including leadership roles at Monsterboard, Brockmeyer, and Reed Business—Stefano brings deep industry insight and operational expertise. Since joining Jobylon, he has played a pivotal role in securing a strong foothold in the Benelux region, now one of the fastest-growing markets for the company. His appointment reinforces Jobylon’s commitment to international expansion.
Alex Tidgård also joins the leadership team as Jobylon’s new Chief Product Officer. A licensed psychologist with a background in organizational development, assessment science, and product strategy, Alex brings over a decade of experience from companies including Assessio, Asker, and most recently as CEO of Grooo.
Until now, product development at Jobylon has been primarily founder-led. With a seasoned CPO in place, the company enters a new phase of product maturity—focused on delivering a best-in-class talent acquisition suite built for the complex needs of large enterprises.
