The talent market moves fast these days, and staying ahead means building relationships with candidates before a role even opens up. That's exactly what Talent CRM is for.
Talent CRM (Candidate Relationship Management) helps employers stay in touch with two important pools of talent: passive candidates and people who applied before. Two groups that may offer enormous potential to quickly fill pipelines for companies competing for the same in-demand talent.
It works alongside Jobylon's core ATS and Candidate Insights, so nothing gets lost between first contact and hire.
The relationship doesn't start in your ATS
By the time someone applies, they've usually already come across your company dozens of times — through reviews, your careers page, or someone from your team at an event. Those moments matter, and they almost never start in the ATS.
We've spent more than 15 years working alongside our customers across Europe, and know the challenges enterprise recruitment teams are dealing with. AI-enabled candidates are making it increasingly hard to judge qualified versus unqualified and validating skills. Companies are struggling to find candidates with the right skills.
Alex Tidgård, Chief Product Officer at Jobylon
Yet the talent is often already there. Recruitment processes naturally uncover relevant talent, but not all of it is right for the role you're hiring for today. That talent is still worth holding onto. Letting go of good talent can be a costly mistake as every reopened search adds unnecessary time and resources.
Why Talent CRM
For employers, you get one connected view of every candidate relationship. It's part of a bigger goal for us at Jobylon: covering more of the candidate's journey in one system, so nothing gets lost and candidates get a consistent experience the whole way through. Talent CRM is a big step toward that.
We built Talent CRM as its own product, with its own dedicated team, not a feature bolted onto the ATS. It runs on the same data as our core ATS and the candidate feedback we collect through Candidate Insights, so relationships, applications, and feedback all build on each other automatically. When a candidate doesn't get one role, their profile and history move straight into the CRM, no re-uploading CVs or rebuilding profiles from scratch.
It's designed to work seamlessly with the Jobylon ATS, but it also stands on its own and integrates with other major ATS platforms as well.
Key features of Talent CRM
The product is continuously being developed, but talent teams can use the following features today:
- Career-site sign-ups: Candidates can sign up through forms on the careers page or landing pages, sharing details like background, interests, and location
- Smart matching: Match sign-ups against open roles and reach out and keep them "warm"
- Newsletters: Newsletters can be created and sent
- Account stats: Access account stats, such as subscriber growth, activity, and engagement
- Dynamic talent pools: Build talent pools automatically based on hiring results, so qualified candidates are resurfaced for future roles
- Candidate filtering and tagging: Filter and tag candidates by qualification signals pulled from ATS data
- Outreach automation: Set up automated sequences and triggers for outreach
- Cross-system filtering: Filter across a shared ATS/CRM/Insights data set, such as pulling up everyone who passed a second interview for a certain role
