Responsible Disclosure Policy

Purpose

Information security is a top priority for Jobylon, and we believe that working with skilled security researchers can identify weaknesses in any technology that we develop and provide.

If you believe you've found a security vulnerability in our services, please notify us and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Thank you for helping to keep Jobylon, our data and our users safe!

Scope

This policy applies to external security researchers.

If you make a good faith effort to comply with this policy during your security research, we will consider your research to be authorized, we will work with you to understand and resolve the issue quickly, and we will not recommend or pursue legal action related to your research.

Disclosure Policy

If you believe you've discovered a potential vulnerability, please let us know by emailing us at security@jobylon.com. We will acknowledge your email within five business days.

Provide us with a reasonable amount of time to resolve the issue before disclosing it to the public or a third party. We aim to resolve critical issues within one week of disclosure.

Please make sure to avoid violating privacy, destroying data, or interrupting or degrading the Ashby service. Please only interact with accounts you own or for which you have explicit permission from the account holder.

Exclusions

While researching, we want you to refrain from:

• Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS)
• Spamming
• Social engineering or phishing of Jobylon’s employees or contractors
• Any attacks against Jobylon’s physical property or data centers

Jobylon is providing this service to help ensure a safe and secure environment for all of its users. As such, any users believed to be engaging in the above activities will have their user credentials immediately deactivated.

We may revise these guidelines from time to time. The most current version of the guidelines will be available at security@jobylon.com.
